PURPOSE: To complement mutually the variation of pushing-in force, and to attenuate a pulsation generated in a supporting member, by supporting plural rolled tooth form tools by the same supporting member so that the tooth form pitch phase is deviated each other.
CONSTITUTION: The first tooth form tools 2A, 2B and the second tooth form tools 3A, 3B, which are opposed to each other, respectively, are fitted coaxially to a pair of tool shafts 1A, 1B supported in parallel, and also the first base material to be rolled 2C and the second base material to be rolled 3C are interposed and supported so as to be freely rotatable, between the first tooth form tools 2A, 2B, and between the second tooth form tools 3A, 3B, respectively. In this regard, the tooth form tool 2A and 3A, and 2B and 3B are fixed by deviating each tooth form pitch position by 1/2 pitch each. When each tool shaft 1A, 1B for supporting each tooth form tool 2A, 3A or 2B, 3B is rotate-driven and pressed against the base materials to be rolled 2C, 3C, a pulsation generated in each tool shaft 1A, 1B is attenuated, and accuracy of a gear to be manufactured is raised remarkably.
