Abstract:

PURPOSE: To stabilize each transfer operation for major/minor loops, by substantially keeping the direction and intensity of an inner-plane rotating magnetic field constant, during the application of a current pulse train to a two- layered conductor having a current driving type transfer path consisting of open hole pattern trains.

CONSTITUTION: A major transfer path 1 of CD pattern has a magnetic bubble stable part to (y) direction of a rotating magnetic field 6 and a minor loop transfer path 2 of the CD pattern has a magnetic bubble stable part 21 to the same (y) direction. Further, a conductor pattern 31 having open hole patterns 311W 313 and a conductor pattern 32 having open hole patterns 321W323 are provided between the paths 1 and 2, and each open hole pattern forms a current drive magnetic bubble transfer path 300 made of a two-layered conductor substantially and the transfer path 300 connects the parts 11 and 21. While a current pulse train is applied to the conductor patterns 31 and 32, the direction and intensity of the field 6 are kept constant for the operation of transfer-in and transfer-out.
