Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method of manufacturing a motor with a reduction mechanism, a housing and a bracket in fewer manufacturing steps.
CONSTITUTION: Through holes 58 are opened in a base 10, and the through hole has a wide opening 60 at one end opposed to a base plate 62. When the base is fixed to a mounting jig 62 with bolts 64, the whole head of the bolt is received within the wide opening 60. This prevents the bolts from interfering in machining the housing 12 and bracket. Therefore, more portions are machined simultaneously, and thus it is possible to reduce the number of steps in manufacturing a motor with a reduction mechanism.
