PURPOSE: To greatly enhanced the recovery of resin refuse thrown away for landfilling heretofore by integrally forming each of Jumpy synthetic resin granules from a core material part being at least one kind of an aggregate formed from recovered synthetic resin refuse and the coating layer covering the surface of the core material part and formed from the synthetic resin of the recovered refuse.

CONSTITUTION: Each of Jumpy resin granules is integrally formed from a core material part being at least one kind of an aggregate consisting of fibrous elements 1a, filmy elements 1b, thin piece elements 1c, granular elements 1d and partially melted and bonded elements formed from recovered synthetic resin refuse and the coating layer 2 covering the surface of the core material part and formed from the synthetic resin of the recovered refuse. Since the lumpy synthetic resin granules have an almost columnar shape and the whole of them can be formed within the system of one extruder, the recovered resin refuse supplied into the system of the extruder is present as the core material part as it is or in such a state that a part of the recovered resin refuse is melted on the refuse. Therefore, the core material can achieve air permeability, water permeability and filtering effect.
