PURPOSE: To obtain a new thermoplastic elastomer having good mechanical strength and cold resistance while keeping heat-resistance and oil resistance.

CONSTITUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition contains 10-90 pts.wt. of the component A and 90-10 pts.wt. of the component B described below (A+B is 100 pts.wt.). The component A; a thermoplastic elastomer containing 55-97 pts.wt. of a crosslinked acrylic rubber having a glass transition temperature of ≤0°C and 45-3 pts.wt. of a copolymer of a methacrylic acid ester and a maleimide and having a glass-transition temperature of ≥110°C (the sum of both components is 100 pts.wt.): the component B; a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer.
