Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the piezoelectric filter with a small spurious radiation level and excellent signal symmetry.

CONSTITUTION: A couple of vibration section 3A, 3B are formed to a piezoelectric substrate 2, and the vibration section 3A, 3B are provided with front side vibration electrode sections 4A, 4B which are arranged on a front side of the piezoelectric substrate 2 and with rear side vibration sections 5A, 5B which are arranged opposite to the front side vibration electrode sections 4A, 4B on the rear side of the piezoelectric substrate 2 with the piezoelectric substrate 2 inbetween, and a slit 9 is formed between both the vibration sections 3A, 3B of the piezoelectric substrate 2 to block interference between the vibration sections 3A, 3B.
