Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of organic processed goods which allows organic fibrous material to undergo the opening and rupture by disentangling the organic fibrous material of raw material, enables subjecting the organic fibrous material to physico-chemical and biological reactions by supplying the raw material containing the organic fibrous material as it is and, thereby, enables producing an organic processed goods which removes harmful micro-organisms, at the same time, includes organic substance having well-balanced nutrition and has water holding property and air permeability. SOLUTION: Plural main screws 6, 7 which send the objects to be treated substantially in the same direction at different speed along the surface of the lower side of a reactor 1 which is inclined or horizontal are disposed in such a manner that projecting parts are opposing each other and sub screws 8, 9 of the inverse direction are disposed on the upper end of the main screws. The raw material 26 which contains the organic fibrous material is supplied from a raw material supplying part 22, biological reaction is allowed to proceed while rotating the main screws 6, 7 and performing the opening and stirring, solid treated material is taken out of a treated material taking-out part 31, dehydrated by a dehydrator 35, dried by a drier 38 and, thus, the organic processed goods is produced.
