Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the construction of a floating caisson of hybrid structure. SOLUTION: A caisson 1A comprising a floor plate 1a, a bottom plate 1b, and side walls 1c is formed of steel plate, and after a concrete supporting base is fitted to the bottom plate 1b, a mold 9a is loaded on a base which is provided in advance, a frame 9b is assembled, highly superplasticized concrete 2a is placed for the bottom plate part, and the regular concrete 2b is placed to simplify the construction process more compared with the conventional method in which the caisson 1A is reversed while the concrete is placed.
