Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for automatically inspecting the specular reflectivity of a painted surface, which has the excellent measuring reliability and can perform the quick measurement.
CONSTITUTION: When it is judged that the specular reflectivity measuring head 25 is not set at the specified attitude and position with respect to a painted surface based on the reflected stripe pattern, whose image is picked up with the measuring head 25, the attitude and the position of the measuring head 25 are finely adjusted by operating a robot 50. The property of the pained surface at the specified measuring point is sequentially inspected automatically with this apparatus for automatically inspecting the property of the painted surface.
