Abstract:
PURPOSE: To brew various coffee beverages such as espresso, caffe latte, cappuccino, by roasting multiple coffee beans, mixing predetermined quantity of coffee powder milled to prefered grains, and injecting desired quantities of hot water, steam and milk to infuse. CONSTITUTION: Multiple kinds of beans are selected from coffee bean hoppers 26, 32, milled to prefered size grains by grinders 24, 30, and blended 22 to prefered quantity. Hot water is supplied from a warm water supplying apparatus 34 into a blender 22 to be heated and brewed into a cup 54. And water supplied from a water valve 74 is heated 72 in a steam generator 70 to be high pressure steam. Milk supplied through a milk valve 96 from a milk supplying part 110 is mixed with the high pressure steam and air from a forked air valve 92 by a venturi 90, and made to foamed milk by a vortex mixer 98 to be supplied into the cup 54. If a bottom of an operation part is selected, a series of these operations is carried out by a stored program. As a result, prefered coffee beverage is automatically brewed.
