PURPOSE: To omit an oil pressure hose between the elevating work bench and the var body of a vehicle for a high lift work, and to make switching between expansion and contraction of a cylinder disposed on the work bench without using any solenoid valve.

CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic cylinder 15 provided on a work bench 12 elevated by a scissors link 13 is loaded on a running car body 11, and a hydraulic unit 18 including a pump 19 rotated in the normal and reverse directions is loaded on the work bench 12 and operated.
