PURPOSE: To prevent a human body certainly from being in danger by detecting property that the human body is caught in a window frame by the power window glass of a vehicle.

CONSTITUTION: A tape switch 4 is mounted at the upper frame edge of a window 2 in a vehicle, and when the tape switch 4 is operated by a human body being caught by the rise of a power window glass 1, a signal is sent to an AND switch 7. On the other hand, when the voltage of a lock detecting current sensor 9 in relation to the driving motor 8 of the power window glass 1 reaches the voltage set by a variable resistor 10, a signal is sent to the AND switch 7 from a comparator 11. A signal which indicates that a human body is caught is sent to the control circuit of the power window glass 1 from the AND switch 7 by means of both signals.
