Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain multiple iron oxide powder capable of producing soft ferrite having a small grain diameter, high electric resistance and small magnetic loss by sintering at a temp. lower than the conventional temp.
CONSTITUTION: This multiple iron oxide powder has a compsn. by which ferrite is stoichiometrically and practically formed, 15-30m2/g specific surface area and ≥20% saturation magnetization ratio.
