Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a freezing or deep freezing device for food which has structure practically simplified rather than conventional one and can provide the product mixing efficiency higher than conventional one while much more precisely acting upon products. CONSTITUTION: This freezing or quick freezing device for food is provided with a mixed quick freezing chamber formed from a flexible bag 13 to be alternately moved up and down by a motor driving mechanism attached onto a holding frame 14 and equipped with a longitudinal rod 15, a hollow right standing member 16, a joint bar 17, a crank mechanism 18 and a common driving shaft 19 connected to that holding frame 14. This device is used for freezing or quickly freezing food especially composed of one kind of individual basic raw materials in the shape of a single piece at least and one kind of additive raw materials such as seasoning at least.
