Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a multi-media data transfer system which can shorten transfer time. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with a network control part 6, time measuring part 3, storage device 7 equipped with a file 8, and multi-media data control part 5 to control the length of transfer block of the data and transfer intervals. This control part 5, when a specified file of the file 8 is requested, judges in which storage device 7 the specified file is present in and outputs the transfer interval corresponding to the data format of the specified file. The time measuring part 3 is constituted to measure the time based on the transfer interval and to instruct the multi-media data control part 5 to transfer the data from the specified file inside the storage device to the network control part 6 by the unit of the length of the transfer block at every transfer interval.
