CONSTITUTION: This device is constituted to carry out speed change hydraulic control by providing a feedback correction value setting means (f) to set a correction value of hydraulic pressure supplied to a joint element in accordance with a gear ratio or information based on the gear ratio by feedback control, a learning correction value setting means (g) to find a learning correction value by way of learning and correcting at least one of hydraulic pressure from speed change starting to feedback control starting given in accordance with a load and a feedback gain setting means (i) to detect a degree of learning and to set a feedback gain at a value including feedback control prohibition of gain zero as the degree of learning is low.
