PURPOSE: To carry out delivery without disassembling, reduce troubles of assembling and disassembling a turbine on site, and improve reliability against vibration after making adjustment by a balancing test for a turbine rotor integrated with a turning gear which engages with the gear of an motor-driven turning device which rotates the turbine rotor at a low speed by integrating the turning gear with the turbine rotor without utilizing the turning gear as a single unit.

CONSTITUTION: A turning gear 1 is mounted onto the coupling 3 of a turbine rotor 2 by bolts at positions other than those into which coupling bolts are inserted to integrate the turning gear 1 and the turbine rotor with each other.
