CONSTITUTION: An anode rod 2 protruding from a chip piece 3 in a capacitive element 1 is fixed to an anode lead terminal 8, and the chip piece 3 is connected to a cathode lead terminal 9 with a fuse wire 11. All component parts are packaged with a molding synthetic resin 17 into a tantalum solid-state electrolytic capacitor, where a ball 12a is provided to the end of the fuse wire 11 connected to the cathode lead terminal 9, and the ball 12a is pressure-bonded to the cathode lead terminal 9.
