PURPOSE: To provide an elevator's automatic communicating device that is able to call an outside contact spot automatically even in the case where such a state that passengers are confined in a car is still continued.

CONSTITUTION: This automatic communicator is provided with a door-close detector 12 detecting that a car 1 door is closed, a passenger presence judger 14 judging whether a passenger exists in the car 1 or not, and a first operating means operating an accident warning audible device 6 calling a monitor senter 8 after the elapse of specified time since a door-close detecting signal has outputted out of the door-close detector 12 as well as such a judging signal that there are passengers in the car has outputted out of the passenger presence judger 14. In addition, it is also provided with a second operating means reoperating the accident warning audible device 6 according to the output of both door-close detecting and passenger existence judging signals after the elapse of specified time since this device 6 has operated. With this constitution, a feeling of uneasiness in each passenger who is confined in the car is eliminable.
