In (I) Z and Y are cyclic polyamine moiety contg. 9-32 ring members and 3-8 amine N atoms spaced by at least 2C atoms, A is aromatic or heteroaromatic moiety, R and R1 are opt. substd. alkylene chain or a heteroatom-contg. chain. More specifically, R and R1 are linked to N atoms in Z and Y, and are esp. CH2, each of Y, Z has 9-30 (esp. 10-15) ring members and 3-6 amine nitrogens.
