PURPOSE: To realize good producibility and good shielding effect of electrical noises.
CONSTITUTION: In an electromagnetic shield box 1 which is formed to a bottomed tubular shape for reducing influence of electrical noises by enclosing a sensitive circuit A, is provided with at least a first flat part 10B and a second flat part 10C in a tubular surface part and is formed by processing one sheet of plate development member, the first flat part 10B and the second flat part 10C are formed continuous with a bottom part 10A. Other surface parts are formed of an extension piece which is formed by extending both side end parts of the first flat part. Each extension piece is extended along a peripheral edge of the bottom part and tip parts 10B1, 10B2 of each extension piece are made to join with side end parts 10C1, 10C2 of the second flat part. A soldering hole 13 is shaped in a tubular surface part. A soldering guide 12 is further provided to a peripheral edge of the soldering hole.
