CONSTITUTION: A vaccine compsn. contg. an effective amt. of an antigen, enough amt. of immunity irritating glycopeptide to intensify immunity, 0.2-49 vol.% (v/v) nontoxic polyoxypropylene-polyoxyethylene block copolymer, 0.005-2.5 vol.% (v/v) glycol ether-base surfactant and aq. buffer soln. of a physiological NaCl enough to give a sufficiently large volume is prepd.
