PURPOSE: To smoothly exchange raw materials, and to prevent vibration and the scattering of raw material dregs by supplying a liquid to an extracting part, and after the extraction, supplying the raw material to the extracting part from a vessel by a screw conveyor, and simultaneously removing the raw material being left in the extracting part.

CONSTITUTION: By actuating a driving means 25, a screw conveyor 21 is rotated and tea leaves 12 in a raw material vessel 11 are carried to an extracting part 31 through a groove part 15 and a carrying path 17. Hot water 35 is poured into the extracting part 31 through a pouring opening part 32 from a shower 38. A beverage extracted from the tea leaves 12 is percolated through an extraction opening part 33, collected by the lower funnel part 37 and poured into a cup 42 from a beverage supply port 41. At the time point when the hot water 35 is poured in by a prescribed number of times and the tea leaves are extracted, the screw conveyor 21 is rotated automatically by a control means, the tea leaves 12 are carried by longitudinal size of each opening part 32, 33 of the extracting part 31 and the tea leaves 12 are exchanged. The tea leaves 12 carried to a rejection port 26 side are furthermore carried to the rejection port 26 side, whenever the screw conveyor 21 rotates, discharged from the rejection port 26 in the end and dropped down into a raw material dregs container 27.
