PURPOSE: To maintain the proper operation state and prolong the life of a device by carrying out the brake control on the basis of the operation permission time where all the constitution elements can properly operate, as for a brake hydraulic controller for controlling the brake hydraulic pressure.

CONSTITUTION: The operation permission time TB(n+1), T2P(n+1), T3p(n+1), and TE(n+1) for maintaining the proper operation states for a brake pad, solenoid for hydraulic control, solenoid for hydraulic control, and an electronic controller as the constitution elements of a brake hydraulic controller are calculated (Step 100, 200-214, Step 102, 300-310, Step 104, 400-410, and Step 106, 500-510). The min. value among the calculated operation permission time is set as the operation permission time T(m+1) as a brake hydraulic pressure device (Step 108).
