PURPOSE: To cancel a stuffy sound in a middle and low sound area, to improve a sound quality, and to prevent a right-and-left unbalanced feeling by providing sound holes only at a part opposite to an external auditory meatus, and forming recessed grooves at an acoustic radiated face which is not opposite to the external auditory meatus.

CONSTITUTION: A hanger 2 is allowed to slide through an insertion hole 12 of a head band 1 between the bottom face of a housing recessed part 10 of the head band 1 and a head band supporting part 11. A head phone main body 4 is equipped with a housing 17 for a speaker unit and a protector 18. Then, plural recessed grooves 29 to generate a leakage are formed at the part which is not opposed to the external auditory meatus of an acoustic radiated face 27 of the protector 18. The recessed grooves 29 are formed from the position of sound holes 28 dug at the central part of the radiated face 27 to the outer peripheral edge of the protector 18 toward a head phone main body fixing part 26. Therefore, the leakage generated between the radiated face 27 and the entrance of the external auditory meatus due to the shape of ears, or the mounting state is allowed to run away through the recessed grooves 29 to the outside of the main body 4, so that the middle and low sound can be canceled, and the stuffy sound can be reduced.
