PURPOSE: To prevent suction of air so as to improve turning performance by forming a rear end part of a strut side fin and a front end part of a flap side fin so as to overlap with each other, and providing a seal material in the point end edge of a flap in a joint fold part of the flap and a strut.
CONSTITUTION: Strut side fins 6a and flap side fins 7a are arranged respectively with a suitable space as the vertical pairs, and a rear end part of each strut side fin 6a is slidably overlapped over a little length with a front end part of the respective corresponding flap side fins 7a. A flap side seal 5a is pasted over the total length of a front surface in the front end part of semicircular section of a flap 4. As a result, since sucked air is interrupted in up/down and right/left directions by the fins 6a, 7a and the seal 5a over a wide range of flap angle, downward suction is prevented.
