Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a pulser ring which can be mass-produced at a low cost and, at the same time, can be reduced in weight.
CONSTITUTION: Firstly, a strip steel is formed in a cylindrical shape by pressing. Then multiple rectangular window sections 3 are formed by punching the middle section of the steel 2 in the width direction at regular intervals along the circumference. Finally, multiple tooth sections 6 having projecting sections on their cross sections in the width direction and annular rib sections 7 which hold the tooth sections 6 from both sides in the width direction are formed by bending pillar sections 4 formed between each window section 3 outward.
