Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a complex casting integrated with a cast iron and an aluminum alloy casting so as to make the adhesion of interface between this cast iron and this aluminum alloy casting excellent.
CONSTITUTION: Molten cast iron 14 is cast to an iron plate 11 side of a clad plate 13 consisting of the iron plate 11 and an aluminum plate 12 and molten aluminum alloy 15 is cast to an aluminum plate 12 side to produce the complex casting including the clad plate 13 from both sides as cast-in.
