Abstract:
PURPOSE:To equalize the pressure difference between two flow passages and to eliminate the fluid loss by providing the control mechanism to equalize the pressure between two chambers by changing the fluid resistance values of gas flows at each inlet opening by the movement of diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:When the pressure of a 1st chamber 1 becomes larger than that of a 2nd chamber 11 the diaphragm 20 moves to the right direction to lessen the distance between a spindle-shaped part 3 and a protruding part 5 so that the fluid resistance becomes larger with the result that the distance between a spindle-shaped part 13 and a protruding part 15 becomes larger and the fluid resistance becomes smaller. Namely, the pressure of the 1st chamber is lessened and the pressure of the 2nd chamber is raised to equalize the pressures between the chambers 1, 11. On the contrary, when the pressure of the 2nd chamber becomes larger than that of the 1st chamber, the diaphragm moves to the left direction, and, by the pressure value change accompanied to that movement, the pressure of both chambers 1, 11 are equalized.
