PURPOSE: To enable execution of stretch and replacement even inside a press by a constitution wherein a blanket supports a large number of pins at the end of a printed matter and these pins are suspended in a notch of a leaf spring fixed in a cylinder groove, while a spring rod is supported at the beginning end of the printed matter and suspended in a large number of pins provided for a swing segment fixed by fastening screws in a closed state.
CONSTITUTION: A blanket 6 is stretched on an overcoat surface of a transfer cylinder 1 and has a spring rod 7 extending over the whole width of the blanket in the sphere of the edge part at the beginning end of a printed matter. A swing segment 8 is provided with a large number of pins 9 along the width and the spring rod 7 is suspended in the pins 9, together with the blanket 6. The swing segment 8 is supported at the opposite sides by swing pins 11, which are fixed to the transfer cylinder 1 with supports 12 interposed, and the swing segment 8 is fixed on the opposite sides by fastening screws 13 in a closed swing state. In the sphere of the end of the printed matter, stripe piece 14 is fixed to the outer edge of the blanket 6 and suspended at pins 15 juxtaposed in a notch of a leaf spring 17 extending over the whole length of the cylinder 1 and fixed in a cylinder groove 20 of the cylinder.
