PURPOSE: To prevent staining caused by rubbing by using a rubber magnet as a spacer to avoid the rubbing of the ink of a printing paper with a paper discharge cylinder by a method in which a rubber magnet strip having a small area and a specific thickness is magnetically attracted in place to non-picture parts of the printing pattern of the paper discharge cylinder and then printing is made.
CONSTITUTION: An about 2mm-thick rubber magnet plate is cut into rubber magnet strips 25 having a small area, and the rubber magnet strips 25 are magnetically attracted in place to non-picture parts of a pattern to be printed on the surface of a paper discharge cylinder 20. As the paper discharge cylinder 20 and a paper takeup cylinder 10 turn, printing is applied on a printing part, a printing paper 1 with ink 2 is received and held by the holding claw of a holding claw chain. Since, in this case, the rubber magnet strips 25 adhered to the surface of the paper discharge cylinder 20 contacts with the ink 2-free part of the printing paper 1, the staining caused by rubbing can be prevented because no ink 2 comes into contact with the paper discharge cylinder 20.
