PURPOSE: To prevent a clamshell from being lifted, lowered, opened, or closed when it is laterally moved by a winch.
CONSTITUTION: A travel body 6 having a clamshell 8 is made travelable between an opening 2 and a hopper 3. The lifting/lowering wire rope 9 of the clamshell 8, an opening/closing wire rope 10, and a moving wire rope 14 traveling a travel body 6 are wound on the lifting/lowering drum 11 of a winch A, an opening/ closing drum 12, and a moving drum 13 respectively. The rotation of the drums 11, 12, 13 is controlled by a controller 40 so that the lifting/lowering wire rope 9 and the opening/closing wire rope 10 are prevented from being wound or delivered to lift, lower, open, or close the clamshell 8 when the travel body 6 is traveled.
