Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a reaction accelerating agent to accelerate preparation reaction of a triorganophosphite compound having a specific formula by reacting an amine and an acid chloride in a solvent. CONSTITUTION:A reaction accelerating agent having a formula I (Z stands for a heterocyclic group containing 1-3 nitrogen atoms as a heteroelement and optionally substituted with alkyl group: R<1> stands for alkyl, etc.) is prepared by reacting an amine and an acid chloride in a solvent e.g. benzene. This reaction accelerating agent accelerates a preparation reaction of a compound having a formula II (R<2>, R<3> stand for alkyl or aryl, or either of them represents a residue wherein the hydroxyl group at 3'-position in 5'-O,N-protected deoxynucleotide is removed: R<4> stands for aryl: R<5> stands for alkyl or aryl or a residue wherein the hydroxyl group at 5'-position in 3-O,N-protected deoxynucleotide is removed: X represents azolyl).
