Abstract:
PURPOSE:To evade the malfunction caused at start up of a signal processing circuit by inhibiting the output of the plant stop signals of each signal processing circuit until all signal processing circuits settle their own functions. CONSTITUTION:The fixed signal switch means 1G - 4G of the signal processing circuits 1 - 4 transmit the inputted output signals of the trip modules 1A - 4A to the majority means 1B - 4B when the settlement of functions of the circuits 1 - 4 are confirmed with the signals outputted from the state decision means 1H - 4H. If either one of circuits 1 - 4 does not settle its function yet, a fixed signal is outputted to the majority means in order to inhibit the output of a trip command of the trip module. Thus the malfunction of a controlled system can be evaded at start up of the signal processing circuit. Then the reliability is improved for safe protection of the plant control.
