PURPOSE: To shape a cap from a metal mold means without setting conductive members and a conductive wire inside the mold.

CONSTITUTION: By using a metal mold, an internal layer 3 for making up a cap body, internal layers 4 for making up sockets and an internal layer 5 for making up a center socket are shaped from thermoplastic resin. Conductive members 1 are engeaged at the bottom of the periphery of the internal layers 4 for making up a plurality of the sockets and a conductive wire 2 is placed on an upper sheet part 6. A primary blank is thus built up. This blank is set inside a metal mold and by using a female mold which prevents molten metal from flowing into the sockets, an external layer 9 for making up the cap body, external layers 10 for making up a plurality of the sockets and an external layer 12 for making up the upper sheet part are shaped from the plastic resin which is used as the same material as the primary blank. A secondary product of the finish is thus obtained.
