PURPOSE: To set nitrogen gas atmosphere comparatively easily in the application of ionizing radiation and manufacture an emboss sheet without deterioration of an emboss mold roll because of the application of ionizing radiation by curing a prepolymer by cooling and application of ionizing radiation.
CONSTITUTION: The emboss sheet manufacturing method by cooling and application of ionizing radiation comprises the process of applying heat melted ionizing radiation curing type hot melt resin 3 on the face of a traveling base sheet 1, the cooling emboss curing process for cooling emboss curing while the ionizing radiation curing type hot melt resin on the base sheet face is wound on the peripheral face of the cooling emboss mold roll 5 and the after polymerization curing process in which ionizing radiation is applied to the cured ionizing radiation curing type hot melt resin by means of an ionizing radiation application means 9 and after polymerization curing.
