Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a device capable of automatically and rapidly calculating and totalizing an accurate production amount of properly printed paper by a simple constitution for the management of the proper production amount of a printing press.

CONSTITUTION: A title device provided with a stacker bundler 2 for bundling properly printed paper carried out of a printing press 1 by a predetermined number and stacking it and a palletizing robot 3 for palletizing unit bundles of properly printed paper on the stacker bundler 2 by the fixed number comprises a data collection device 4 for calculating and totalizing the number of properly printed paper from a palletizing signal of the palletizing robot 3 and a computer 5.
