PURPOSE: To prevent scattering of dust in a device for cutting a laminated body laid on a foundation floor by providing a dust collector for collecting dust generated in cutting of the laminated body by means of a cutting part driven by a prime mover, and storing dust after collection in a dust collection tank.

CONSTITUTION: In the case of cutting a laminated body B laid on a foundation floor A of concrete and the like, a worker sits on a seat 14 to operate an operation mechanism 20 to rotate wheels 12 by driving of a prime mover 6 so as to advance a cutting device 2, while a cutting part 8 formed by sticking cemented carbide tips to an outer peripheral portion of a saw-tooth shape cutter body 26 is driven to cut the laminated body B. Dust such as chips of the laminated body B generated then is collected by a dust collector 10 similarly driven by the prime mover 6 into a dust collection duct 30, transferred into a dust collection tank 32 via a dust transfer duct 46, and separated from air to be stored in this dust collection tank 32. Accordingly, scattering of the dust to the outside is eliminated to prevent the environmental pollution and the like.
