Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormal pressure drop at the time of clogging. SOLUTION: A valve chamber 12 is formed inside a filter case 11, and also a liquid inlet 13 and a liquid outlet 14 are opened at both sides of the valve chamber 12. On the inlet side of the valve chamber 12 inside the filter case 11, an inlet side check valve disc 17 is freely movably provided, and on the outlet side thereof, an outlet side check valve disc 18 is provided. Between the inlet side check valve disc 17 and the outlet side check valve disc 18, a compression coil spring 21 is fitted in, and the inlet side check valve disc 17 is energized in the direction opposite to a fluid flow direction D and restrained by a fluid inlet valve disc 15. A liquid passing through-hole 23 formed in the inlet side check valve disc 17 is provided with a wire net like screen 24. When the screen 24 is clogged by contamination to enlarge pressure difference across the screen 24, the inlet side check valve disc 17 retreats into the valve chamber 12 to open the inlet 13 of the filter case 11, abnormal high pressure is not applied on the screen 24.
