Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a stain gate and measured value detector having such a strain gate, wherein the gage has adequate creep characteristic, is resistive to moisture, and is robust, simple and producible without error. CONSTITUTION: This detector comprises a stain gage 2, its support film 3 and cover film 5 and measuring grid 4 disposed between both films 3, 5 which may be polyphenyl sulphide films.
