PURPOSE: To recover hot water in a bladder without the use of cooling water by a method in which after the vulcanization of tire, an inert gas is sent into the bladder and hot water with the inert gas is discharged to the outside of the system.

CONSTITUTION: When the vulcanization of tire is ended, an inert gas is introduced into a bladder 4 filled with hot water 17, and the hot water with the inert gas is pushed out to the outside of the system and directed to a gas-liquid separator 9. The hot water is separated from the inert gas in the separator 9, the hot water is sent to a hot water-generating plant 6 through a pump 10, and the inert gas is sent to an inert gas-generating plant 7 through a mist separator 11 for reuse. A flexible tube 14 for recovery of hot water is connected with a discharge port 13 and set in the bladder 4.
