Abstract:
PURPOSE:To output a signal with a target S/N ratio through minimum synchronous additions without conducting an unnecessary synchronous addition by measuring the signal strength distribution of an input signal and outputting the number of times of synchronous additions by distribution measuring means. CONSTITUTION:A signal output and a synchronous trigger from the signal lines 103 and 106 of a signal processor 3 are applied to switches 4-1 and 4-2 and, under the control of a controller 1, to a synchronous adder 2 and the signal processor 3 through signal lines 104 and 105 and synchronous addition trigger lines 107 and 108, respectively. Signals to be added are sampled by the trigger in the signal processor 3 and the distribution of sampling data is applied to the adder 2 and the controller 1. Then, the result of synchronous additions from the adder 2 is inputted to the controller 1, whereby a signal with a target S/N ratio is outputted by minimum additions without conducting an unnecessary synchronous addition.
