PURPOSE: To secure the consistency of data and prevent operation from being disordered by performing operation exclusion between jobs and the execution limitation of similar jobs at the time of abnormal end occurrence totally efficiently.

CONSTITUTION: This system consists of a job file 1 wherein respective jobs are classified from two different viewpoints and registered, an operation exclusion table 2 wherein exclusion information is registered by job classifications, a task file 3 which contains the exclusion information on a job that is being executed, a work station file 4 which contains terminal information, a system fault file 5 which contains fault information by subsystems, an operation exclusion job start means 6 which checks exclusion conditions at the time of job selection to decide whether or not the job can be started, and sets an exclusion flag when the job can be started to execute the job by a job execution part 7, an abnormal end process means 9 which sets a fault flag if the executed job ends abnormally, an operation exclusion job end means 8 which resets the exclusion flag and fault flag when the job ends normally, and an abnormality recovering process means 10 which rexecutes the abnormal end job after the fault recovering process.
