Title:
SOLID-STATE IMAGE SENSING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06104414
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a solid-state image sensing device capable of preventing its sensitivity from lowering even against oblique light, capable of having constant sensitivity even to the diaphragm of the objective lens of a camera, and capable of uniformizing the sensitivity in a light receiving surface.

CONSTITUTION: Concerning to a solid-state image sensing device having a plurality of photodiodes arranged on a semiconductor substrate 11, and microlenses arranged on these photodiodes 12 for converging light respectively, the microlenses are composed of first microlenses 15 arranged near the photodiodes 12, and second microlenses 19 arranged at positions further than the microlenses from the photodiodes 12. And incident light passes through the microlenses 19 and 15, and is converged at the photodiodes 12.
