PURPOSE: To cause an accumulated material to be normally brought into an orderly aligning state in a delivering and accumulation waiting state, by installing a driving device which can vertically move the accumulated material such as papers whenever occasion demands.
CONSTITUTION: After delivery is completed, a pick roller 11 and a delivery roller 12 reverse. In which case, an accumulating table 10 is properly raised or lowered with the aid of a motor M, and after, through proper adjustment of a pressing force, exerted on the pick roller 11 by bank notes, a pull back process is completed, the accumulating table 10 is lowered by means of the motor M to form a space with a proper height above accumulated material S. This causes the accumulated materials S to be released from a press force exerted by the pick roller 11 and brought into a free state. Thus, the bank note, which is forced into a deforming state resulting from pull back of the pick roller 11, is freely dropped and is accumulated on the accumulated materials S in a state in which the bank note is aligned in conformity with other bank notes.
