Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an illuminating device for parts which performs illumination for measurement in the same measuring station with the minimum light source of strobe light emission, and requires comparatively small set space.
CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with at least two light sources of strobe light emission having different light emitting timing, and one or plural light guides 21, 22, 23 and 24 irradiating the parts with strobe light; and the light guides 21, 22, 23 and 24 are arranged so that irradiating light from the same light source of strobe light emission may not be adjacent on the irradiated surface of the part.
