Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable a tire to be used both on the land and water, by providing a tire with fins.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of finned large and small tires 8, 9 are attached to the circumferential parts of outer and inner sides of a float type water wheel 3, and the assembly is combined with another type float to be stabilized. When it is required to travel on the sand, the vertical fins serve to prevent slipping, whereas when it is required to travel on the water, the fins act as water wheel vanes, that is, a driving wheel.
