PURPOSE: To provide the manufacture of a piezoelectric component whose electric characteristic is hardly degraded due to a conductive layer comprising a thermosetting conductive paste.

CONSTITUTION: A resonator 16 having a case 12 with an electrode film 14a formed thereto, and vibration electrodes 20a, 20b are provided, and the resonator 16 is inserted in the case 12. Then a paraffin layer 28 having a softening point at a temperature T1 is formed. Then a thermosetting conductive paste cured at a temperature T2 lower than the temperature T1 is coated between the electrode film 14a and the vibration electrode 20a. The electrode film 14a and the vibration electrode 20a are connected by heating and curing the thermosetting conductive paste at a temperature over the temperature T2. Furthermore, the paraffin layer 28 is molten at a temperature over the temperature T1 to remove it. Or the electrode film 14a and the vibration electrode 20a are connected by heating and curing the thermosetting conductive paste and melting the paraffin layer 28 for removal.
