Abstract:
The sun visor for vehicles consists of a sun visor body (1) with a reinforcing inlay (2) and a mirror (10) attached to a broad side. A bearing housing (5) arranged in the sun visor body (1) has a bore (13) for holding a sun visor shaft (6). In addition, the sun visor body (1) has embedded electrical line wires (23, 26) with contact elements (17, 27) for a lighting device, at least one contact element (17) making contact with the sun visor shaft (6). It is provided according to the invention that the bearing housing (5) is constructed with a plug-in opening (15) which merges approximately at right angles with the bore (13) and holds a stopper (16) which is constructed as a plastic injection-moulded component and carries at least one injection-moulded electrical contact element (17), encapsulated by injection moulding, whose one end region, which projects at one end beyond the stopper (16) forms a contact spring (21) which can be brought into contact with the sun visor shaft (6) and whose other end region (22), which projects at the other end beyond the stopper (16) is connected to an electrical line wire (23) which leads directly or indirectly to an electrical load.
