Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a new compound useful as an insecticide, nematoclde, acaricide and their intermediate.

CONSTITUTION: This compound is expressed by formula I (R1 is methyl or ethyl; R2 is n-propyl or sec-butyl; R3 is H or methyl; R4 is a 1-4C alkyl; R5 is a 1-4C alkoxy, phenyl or phenoxy) such as O-methyl S-n-propyl Nmethoxycarbonylmethyl N-methoxycarbonylphosphoroamidothioate. The compound of formula I is obtained by reacting a phosphoric acid chloride of formula II with an amino acid derivative of formula III in the presence of a base such as sodium hydroxide in a solvnet such as generally diethyl ether.
